The consistency of these oils is not similar with one another. Liquid oils are use to coat on the food ingredients but hard or plastic fats are used in solid items to make margarine and butter like substance.  Animal oils greatly affect the world cuisine and gives variation to the cooking process. An edible fat comes exclusively from domestic animal’s isolated fats. In large-scale business, solvent removal is more economical than of extracting oil from motorized pressing.
